Goldhawk established its core operations in Shanghai, China in 2001, prior to China achieving WTO member status, and before that we had been operating in Taiwan and Hong Kong since the early 1990's. We are in touch with local conditions simply because we have been here representing our clients for over two decades, and were one of the first Western companies in our field to do so.
